Two Week Wait

Now that we are pursuing adoption, and have all but given up on fertility treatments, the two week wait is a foreign idea to me.  I don't worry about it, I don't know what cycle day I'm on, that's not part of my vocabulary anymore.  However, I DO remember how nerve wracking it was.  Every twinge, every pain, every symptom, overanalyzed.

I have a dear friend, BMar, who is going through her first two week wait.... go over and wait with her!  She's new to the blogging world, and I know she follows a lot of you all, so say hello while you're there!'

  1. How does it feel not having to keep up with all of those cycle dates and things? I sure wish you the best during the adoption process. I'm a follower of BMar already and I love getting her updates. I'm excited for her and can't wait for the two weeks to be over to find out if it worked.

  2. Just starting the adoption process and what a relief it is to not know what cycle day it is!

  3. I always wondered how quickly letting go of cycle counting and whatnot would happen if we go down the adoption road. I know it's one stress gone, but replaced with others regarding the when's and how quickly of adoption. Wishing you the best and can't wait to see how the story unfolds :)

  4. I am currently in a 2ww, and I hate it. I always have. I can hardly wait for the day when I don't have to think about cycles.
