Snowpocalypse Snow Ice Cream!

So... what are you to do when you are snowed in?!?  

Make Snow Ice Cream of course!!!

We used a gallon of snow (ie- big bowl of snow)

2 cups of evaporated milk

1 cup of sugar

1 tsp of vanilla *edit* I had one cup... that would be some strong stuff, thanks friend!

We mixed the sugar and vanilla into the milk, and then poured over the snow and mixed it.

Of course you need your little helpers

Snow Ice Cream!  Yum!
